4. Lemon juice 3 tsp
5. Chopped coriander leaves 3 tbsp plus 2 tsp for garnish

7. Garlic minced 2 tsp
8. Salt to taste
9. Oil for greasing

Method Of Preparation

1. In a large bowl add all the ingredients except paneer & oil & mix well. This is the marinade mixture.

2. Cut the paneer into big rectangular cubes of 1 inch thickness.

3. Add the paneer to the marinade mixture & keep it aside covered for 30 minutes.

4. After 30 minutes, grease a panini grill with oil & heat it up.

5. Place the marinate paneer on the grill & cook on both sides till they turn golden brown.

6. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with lemon wedges, onion rings & tomato ketchup.

Notes:

1. If you don't want to cut the paneer into big rectangles, then you may cut it into smaller cubes.

2. Do not cut the paneer into very thick or very thin pieces. If you cut it very then, there is a chance that they may break when u marinate them.

3. If you do not have a panini grill, then you may use a regular tawa or skillet.

4. Please adjust the quantity of spices as per your spice level tolerance.
