Notes:

1. Please note that it took 1.25 minutes in my microwave. It might take anywhere between 30 seconds to 3 minutes for the cake to be done. It depends upon ur microwave & the quantity & size of the mug. So if your doing it for the first time, set ur microwave to 30 seconds & keep an eye on the microwave & keep taking it out every 30 seconds to see that you don't overcook the cake.

2. If you overcook the cake, it will not be moist & spongy. It will be very dry & tasteless.

3. The cake should have risen a bit, it should still be gooey and the top needs to be glossy & fudgy. So take it out when u see this kinda texture. Do not let it cook till it becomes dry.

4. Remember to take it out every 30 seconds for the first 1 minute & then after a minute take it out every 15 seconds just to make sure u bake it to the right consistency. Once you get the hang of it, then u can set up the exact time & you don't have to stay near the oven to keep checking it.

5. After adding the batter in both the mugs I had around 1/4 cup batter remaining which I poured into a bowl & microwaved it for 30 seconds.

6. Follow the above steps for a perfect mug cake ðŸ˜Š
