Royal Falooda
Ingredients
1. Falooda sev a handful
2. Tukmaria/basil seeds/sabja seeds 1 tbsp
3. Rose Milk 1/4 cup
4. Strawberry jelly 2 tbsp
5. Vanilla ice cream 1 or 2 scoops
6. Glazed cherries red & green 5-6
7. Tutti fruity a few
8. Chocolate syrup(optional)
9. Cut fruits(1/2 kiwi & 2 strawberry)
Method Of Preparation
1. Preparation Of Jelly
A. Stir the contents of the packet into boiling water & stir for 3 minutes or until completely dissolved.
B. Pour it into a bowl or a pan & refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or until firm.
2. Preparation Of Falooda Sev
A. Take some water in a pan & bring it to a rolling boil.
B. Add Falooda sev to the water & cook for about 4 minutes.
C. Take it out of the water & rinse it immediately in cold running water to stop the cooking process.
D. Using a scissors you may cut the sev into small pieces before dropping it in the water.
3. How to Soak Tukmaria
A. Soak the seeds in enough water for an hour. Once the seeds are in water they swell. After an hour, drain the water & keep it aside.
4. Preparation Of Rose Milk
A. Boil milk & add sugar & let it cool.
B. Add the Rose essence & stir it well.
C. Then add a drop of rose water & let it chill in the fridge.
Another Method Of Preparation Of Falooda Sev & Rose Milk together
1. Boil milk & add Falooda sev & cook for about 4 minutes, then turn off the flame & add rose essence & rose water & stir well & let it chill in the fridge.
How To Serve
1. Take a tall glass & put it in the fridge for half an hour.
2. After 15 minutes, add the strawberry jelly at the bottom of the glass.
3. Now place the kiwi on the sides of the glass(see last picture)(insert the kiwi a little into the jelly so that it will stand straight), then place the cut strawberries in the middle.

4. Add the tukmaria/basil seeds/sabja seeds.
5. Then add the rose milk followed by the cherries.
Red & Green Cherries
6. Add a scoop or two of ice cream on the top & sprinkle some tutti fruity & drizzle chocolate syrup over it.

7. Serve it immediately.
Notes
1. Falooda sev can be replaced with vermicelli. If you want the yellow color, then add a tiny pinch of yellow food color.
2. Replace strawberry jelly with any flavor of your choice
3. U can make mango Falooda or chocolate Falooda with mango pulp & cocoa powder respectively.
4. The above mentioned recipe is just for a glass of falooda. You may double the quantity of ingredients if you want to make two or more.
5. Tukmaria is a must for this recipe so do not skip it.
6. You can also sprinkle some chopped nuts on top.
7. If you don't want your Falooda to be thick, then add more rose milk.
8. The tukmaria seeds need to be soaked in a lot of water, otherwise they swell & become mushy.
